Cloud wallboards for Webex Contact Centre, with nothing to install

WallboardFX Cloud is a multi-tenant cloud platform that connects directly to Webex Contact Centre, providing the following key benefits:

  • Real-time queue and agent metrics on every connected display
  • Queue tables for contacts in queue, presented, handled and abandoned, wait time and service level
  • Agent tables for current state, contacts handled and time in state
  • Browser displays for Smart TVs, PCs and tablets
  • Remote display management from a single Admin console
  • A pairing code for each screen, so a new TV can open its board immediately
  • No software to install. Sign in and activate the WallboardFX for WxCC Service App in Control Hub

Open WallboardFX Admin and sign in with a Webex account. In Control Hub Service Apps, search for WallboardFX for WxCC and activate it once for your organisation. Create one or more Dashboards and then issue a pairing code for each screen and enter it on the TV by visiting wallboardfx.com. The display opens in the browser on that screen’s dashboard. There is no Windows server, no .NET install and no engineer visit.
